The 2 week Intensive Teacher Training covers the following courses:

Daily Class Hours: 9am-12pm and 3-6pm
Arrival day October 28th: first class from 3-6pm
Departure Day: no classes

DAILY Schedule

For two weeks we will dive into four different courses that will give you in depth knowledge on how to teach the pilates mat work. Roughly five hours per day will be spent in the studio learning.
+ 7- 9 am Breakfast Buffet

The Nomadic Hotel is located close to the beach in the heart of Playa Guiones. Beautiful AC rooms are waiting for you, delicious breakfast and amenities like a pool and lounge to chill in between classes.
AIRPORT
Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately 2.5 hours drive from Nosara,and San Jose is approximately a 5 hour drive from Nosara.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not included as it depends on your flight arrival time. A shared shuttle can be organized and costs around $80 + 13% tax each way.
REGISTRATION & BOOKING
The payment of the room will save you a spot for the training and your chosen room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 6 months prior to the start date 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations 3 months prior to the start date, receive a full refund minus $1,000.
Cancellations less than 3 months prior to start date and there is NO refund NO exceptions
Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
No one books a training with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below) and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the training, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the training. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel trainings with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Pilates Nosara will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior start date. Pilates Nosara cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
