Pre-Requisites

All students are encouraged to have prior anatomy experience prior to attending the MAT teacher training. If you wish to attend the reformer training, Anatomy is a requirement. Anatomy is offered during the same 2 weeks as the Mat training. Anatomy courses taken outside of the Pilates training may be accepted. Please check with Page Sieffert prior to enrollment.

Registration Details

The registration is two parts. First, please register and pay for the course though Balanced Body. Next, reserve your space with Pilates Nosara for use of studio and equipment for personal, teaching, and observation hours required for course completion. Registration can be completed for each course using the "More Info" links above.
