If you have never taken on the equipment or have a major injury you MUST take a private before joining a group class

INFORMATION
MAT CLASSES - ALL LEVELS
A class created for everyone from the beginner to the elite athlete guaranteed to give everyone a safe balanced challenging workout for your level. Uses foam rollers, bands, straps and balls.
REFORMER CLASSES
Private
One on One session with certified instructor focusing on the individuals needs. At least 1 private is required to attend group equipment classes.
Semi-Private
Two people with certified instructor designed to the group's needs.
Group Reformer / Equipment Classes
Three or more people in a Reformer class. Classes are grouped according to level. Clients must attend a private or semi-private session prior to attending a group class so we can place individuals in the proper level of class.
On-site Pilates Training at your home/hotel
Pilates Mat and Stretch & Release classes (mats and props provided). $150 for 1 – 5 people. For more than 5 people, please email info@pilatesnosara.
