Pilates Nosara Adventure Retreat with Page Sieffert in Peru was pure magic. Eight days of Pilates-based movement at the sacred space of The Source retreat center, delicious meals direct from the gardens, and tours to the ancient ruins including Macchu Picchu. All of the senses were awakened and friendships made that will last a lifetime.
CASPERIA, ITALY 2015
In September 2015, we traveled to the beautiful hilltop village of Casperia, Italy. Casperia is one of the last villages in Italy untouched by mass tourism, where you can step away from your busy life and experience the real Italy among local people.
Our 6 day & 7 night retreat included daily Pilates classes with Page, meals cooked by a private chef, and a variety of activities such as horseback riding, wine tasting, a spa day, a hot springs trip, hiking, cooking classes and much more!
